<p>Professional Phantom HSS Tap, conforming to ISO 529, Form C, for manufacturing metric screw threads with a specific oversize of 0.1 mm or 0.2 mm. Manufactured from high-quality HSS for reliable manual use.</p><p>This 'Oversize' version cuts a larger diameter than standard (6H) tolerance. This is essential when the screw thread will receive a subsequent treatment (such as coatings) or for repair purposes. Characteristic of Form C is the very short lead (approx. 1–2 passes), making this tap ideal for the finishing pass and tapping blind holes right up to the bottom.</p>
