Professional Phantom HSS-E PM Machine Tap (DIN 371) for Metric screw thread. This Titanium and Nickel alloy specialist is specifically designed for the mechanical tapping of exotic materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, and Titanium.<br><br>The HSS-E Powder Metal (PM) base material provides the necessary toughness and heat resistance for these materials. The steam-vented finish (surface treatment) prevents cold welding, which is critical for Nickel alloys.<br><br>The DIN 371 standard guarantees a reinforced shank for maximum stability. The chip breaker (form B) and 3.5-5 thread engagement ensure effective chip removal for through holes.
