The Phantom Hardmetal Thread Mill 2xD with coolant channel and ZrN-X coating combines universal thread milling with direct deburring. The tool realizes a 2xD full-profile thread and makes it possible to apply deburring in an additional movement. The internal coolant channel ensures optimal chip removal during this process. By not having to switch to a deburring drill, you significantly increase the efficiency and process reliability of your production.
