The Phantom HSS-E Machinetap Trapezium is the specialist for steel. This tap, with 7H tolerance, features a pilot pin for a perfect start. The polished and back-polished geometry is optimized for through holes up to 1.5xD in steel and 2xD in brass. Thanks to a special thermal post-treatment, the toughness is increased, minimizing breakage sensitivity.
