<p>International Tools (IT) ECO HSS Hand Taps Set, DIN 2181 compliant, 2-stage, specifically for the manufacture of Metric Fine (MF) screw thread. This set of reliable Industrial quality is manufactured from high-grade high-speed steel (HSS) for stable performance in general steel locations.</p>
<p>The set consists of a pilot and a finishing tap. This 2-step system, optimized for fine screw thread, divides the cutting load and ensures accurate thread build-up. The pilot tap (No. 1) centers and cuts the profile, after which the finishing tap (No. 2) brings the thread to the full, nominal depth. This makes the set ideal for precise manual tapping.</p>
