Professional Phantom HSS-E machine tap, DIN 371 compliant, for tapping metric screw threads. This tap is the specialist for brass and bronze. The geometry and HSS-E material are specifically optimized for the short-stroke properties of these materials.<br><br>The DIN 371 execution guarantees a reinforced shank for maximum stability in the machine. Thanks to the 2-3 thread cutting edge (form C) and the straight chip flute, this tap is universally suitable for both through and blind holes, as the brush, short strokes of brass are removed without problems.
