<p>International Tools (IT) ECO PRO HSS-E Machine Tap (DIN 371) of industrial quality for the mechanical production of metric screw threads. As a steel specialist, this tap is manufactured from cobalt-alloyed HSS-E and equipped with a TiN coating. This combination offers a longer service life and produces significantly more holes than uncoated taps.</p>
<p>The geometry is specifically designed for blind holes: the 35° spiral angle effectively lifts chips upward. The 2-3 flutes cutting (Form C) allows you to tap close to the bottom. The DIN 371 standard guarantees a reinforced shaft for maximum stability and precise clamping.</p>
