<p>The Phantom UNI hardmetal Spiral Drill 15xD with internal cooling and TiAlN coating is an advanced cutting tool for the professional metalworker. This hardmetal drill with a wear-resistant TiAlN top layer guarantees superior performance and significantly extended service life across various drilling operations. The internal coolant channels ensure optimal heat dissipation directly at the cutting edges and promote the formation of short chips, ensuring a more efficient and reliable process. The design with a significant drilling depth up to 15xD enables very deep and precise machining. The cylindrical shank conforming to DIN 6535-HA ensures a reliable and optimal clamping in standard tool holders. For accurate positioning and optimal drilling results, the use of a center drill with a 142° point angle is strongly recommended. The spiral drill’s point angle is 140°, making it universally applicable for a wide range of materials.</p>
