<p>The Phantom UNI hardmetal Spiral Drill 8xD with internal cooling and TiAlN coating is an advanced cutting tool for the professional metalworker. This hardmetal drill is equipped with a durable TiAlN surface treatment, resulting in superior performance and extended service life across various drilling operations. The internal coolant channels ensure optimal heat dissipation directly at the cutting edges, contributing to a more efficient process and improved surface quality. The design with a drilling depth up to 8xD enables deep and precise machining. The cylindrical shank conforming to DIN 6535-HE, executed with a Whistle-notch, ensures an extremely reliable and slip-free clamping in corresponding tool holders, especially in demanding operations. For accurate positioning and optimal drilling results, the use of a center drill with a 142° point angle is recommended. The spiral drill’s point angle is 140°, making it universally applicable for a wide range of materials.</p>
